Current Grade 9-12 high school students from within the Thames Valley District School Board or those coming from outside the Thames Valley District School Board must follow these steps in order to register at Glencoe District High School:
1. To determine if you live within the GDHS boundaries - click here.
2. To determine if you are eligible for bussing - click here.
3. Email Tracy Harvie at t.harvie@tvdsb.ca to schedule an appointment with our Principal/Guidance Counsellor or call the Main school line at 519-287-3310. We check messages regularly.
4. Be prepared to provide identification (Birth Certificate or Canadian Passport).
5. Be prepared to provide proof of your current home address (one of either Hydro, Property Tax or Utility bills).
6. Be prepared to provide us with a current Ontario Student Transcript or Credit Counselling Summary from your previous school.
7. Print and complete the New Student Registration Form and email to t.harvie@tvdsb.ca. If you are coming from another school board include this form with your registration. Online registration is available by clicking here.
Following these steps will help streamline your appointment with our Principal/Guidance Counsellor.

Student Senate - School Senators represent their school's student body and help create and maintain a safe inclusive and equitable environment for all students. GDHS currently has four students participating.
FNMI Student Leadership - The First Nations, Métis and Inuit Student Leadership Council is a Thames Valley council run in partnership with the Fourth R program at Western University. It is made up of First Nations, Métis and Inuit students (grades 10-12) and provides opportunities for leadership and personal growth. GDHS currently has four students participating.
Scotiabank Scholars - The Scotiabank Scholars program is unique program for high school students aimed at breaking down barriers through pathway programming and creating a community where young leaders can thrive academically, professionally and socially. GDHS currently has six students participating.
